A: The short answer is “yes”. All power drills have 3 jaw chucks that clamp down on whatever drill bit you place in them. Round shank bit and hex head bits are all treated the same. Impact drivers for instance have hexagon-shaped chucks that can only hold hexagon-shaped bits.
