Titanium is a non-corrosive, non-toxic, and incredibly durable material. This material is why you can use it on different heat sources, like gas, oven, BBQ, or even open fire.
The pan has five plies, including a recycled aluminum core, which delivers optimal heat distribution, making it energy efficient. The handle doesn’t heat up in the cooking process, so you can handle the pan easily. It would be best to hand clean it, even though it is dishwasher safe.
